PawsomeWorks Terms of Service
Before proceeding with a commission, all clients must read and agree to our terms of service.
PAYMENT
Due to the variety of designs and their additional features, prices are set through quotes. These are free upon the request of the potential client, through our commission application or Instagram DMs.Payment plans vary depending on the commission size:
Heads - up to 4 months
Partials - up to 6 months
Fullsuits - up to 8 months
For small fursuit parts such as hand paws, tails and feet paws, we will not offer payment plans.
All payment plans require a 30% non-refundable down payment covering material costs.This does not apply to premade suits.Our preferred payment method is PayPal, other forms of payments can be discussed.
SHIPPING
Shipping cost is predicted before the commission starts and is expected to be paid once the commission is completed and the package is weighed and measured. We ship worldwide therefore shipping costs vary anywhere from £20-£300.
All packages are tracked and signed and once shipped, all our clients receive the tracking number of their package.
PAWSOMEWORKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES.
REFUNDS AND DESIGN CHANGES
If a client decides to cancel their commission and request a refund, as stated previously, 30% is non-refundable. Furthermore, your refund will vary depending on the work that has been completed on the commission.
Therefore, please make sure you are financially secure before committing to a commission of any kind.If you decide to change your design and your commission is not finished, these changes can be made. Additionally, if you desire a colour change and all 30% of the payment for materials was spent, changes cannot be made unless the client pays for any additional materials themselves.
PawsomeWorks advises that all our commissioners are sure of their designs and discuss any potential changes before continuing with their commission.
SIZING AND DEADLINES
Sizing is required to be discussed before materials are purchased and your commission has begun.
We will ask for your hand, feet and head measurements.
For bodysuits, a DTD (duct tape dummy) is required. We advise that you use strong duct tape. We will provide further advice before you start making your dummy.Any potential deadlines must be discussed before we accept your commission. Last-minute deadlines are only acceptable if the commission is near finishing.
AGE
PawsomeWorks will not work with minors under the age of 16. Any client under 18 will not be eligible for payment plans, therefore any form of ID is now required before payment plans begin.
We will request a parental consent (with ID) for anyone under the age of 18.
